Hip-Hop Street Dance Workshop @ iDance

iDance Studios will be holding a Hip-Hop Street Dance Workshop on April 25, 2007 with renowned House/Hype (Old School) dancer Daniel Genalo Champion "B-boy Hodown" House Dancer

Initially inspired by music videos and Soul Train, Dan Genalo first performed at the age of 11. Although self-taught, has crafted his style from a wide variety of influences, especially 90s Hip-Hop, House Dance, Locking, Boogaloo, African and Latin social dances, Capoeira Angola and motown/rock'n'roll dances. Dan has trained and worked with dance groups Guilty By Association (GBA), Sour Patch Urban Dance and HouseBroken. He also performed with Current TV, DJ Senbad, Mr. V and Louie Vega. In 2005, Dan won the B-boy Hoedown House Dance title with dance partner "House". b
