Idance is looking for a motivated self starter interested in in event management.

Must be fun loving and focussed. Must be able to work under pressure. Must enjoy the potential challenges of dynamic priorities while working closely within a team. Must enjoy taking a leadership role within their job description to get things done.

Must have excellent computer/math skills and good people and problem solving, and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will need to speak comfortably and with authority with participants, management and other stakeholders.

To collate all the scores to the laptop and produce the winners and runners up.
Results to be handed to Judges Runner and given to the appropriate person who will be announcing the results.
To relay any problems to Judges Runner who will then relay these to SM who will be in a permanent position by the stage.
To communicate via headset to Stage Manager, backstage and to MC if judges need to relay any information
