Delivery Policy (for products and goods)
We endevour to ship all products and goods ordered from iDance promptly. Unless notified otherwise, products and goods purchased from idance will be posted via royal mail within 7 days of purchase. In the event that a package is returned through no fault of idance, additional delivery charges may apply. If your package has not arrived within 14 days of purchase please call our office at 01923 606255.
WHAT can be returned?
All products except workshops, classes, lessons etc. that have already commenced or finished, or any clothing considered an undergarment, may be returned provided they are in new, saleable condition. Damaged goods may be exchanged once. Special Orders may be returned subject to a restocking fee. Customised items and admission tickets are non-refundable.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All items must be returned in person or to iDance at PO Box 234, Watford, Herts. WD17 4XJ, unless otherwise agreed.HOW do customers return items?
In order to return an item please call office at 01923 606 255 for authorisation (which will never be unreasonably withheld).SHIPPING for returns?
In the event that you have received a damaged item idance will bear the cost of sending a replacement however, you must pay for the item's safe return. Otherwise customer is expected to pay the shipping cost to return goods, etc.CREDIT for returns?
In the event that you have received a damaged item idance will reship, at our expense, a replacement. Otherwise a credit or refund will be issued in the same manner as payment received provided that customer's funds have cleared.Instore return option?

All items must be returned in saleble condition to receive a refund. This includes the return of all original packaging.Modification of these Conditions of Use:
